• The employer remains responsible for coordinating all recruitment documentation and compliance procedures in the Philippines and in their home country, including communication and consultation with local and visa-issuing authorities, as well as with their chosen Philippine manpower agency.

The VLO can facilitate initial contact with partner agencies and can provide only general guidance regarding procedures and cooperation structures where required.

We suggest using this model for employers who are already experienced in Philippine recruiting processes.
